Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
Original Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Store Credit
You may opt into store credit at return submission for a $10 bonus on your next order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email care@elevae.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number for a full refund or replacement.
